SRC Shopper (link) is your gateway to finding and scheduling shops, as well as for completing your online evaluation forms. It is part of the innovative Prophet web software system. You will become very familiar with this site!
Shopper Referral Program
We are always seeking to add new shoppers to our program. If you know of men and women who might be interested in serving as a mystery shopper for SRC, encourage them to fill out an application. Make sure they include your name as their referral on the application. Then, after they have completed their first shop, you will receive $3 for referring them! There is no limit to the number of referrals you do; the shopper must complete a shop before payment will be made.

Did you forget your login and password?
Your login for shops is your e-mail address. Your initial password is the first two letters of your last name and the last four digits of your home phone number. You are able to change your password once you have entered the site. If you have difficulties accessing SRC Shopper, please e-mail mysteryshop@serviceresearch.com or call 800.726.8588.
Required Verifications
Please remember that verification is required for the completion of the shops. The verification may be in such forms as a store/restaurant receipt, a brochure or a business card. These verifications may be easily attached to the online evaluation form; e-mailed separately to info@serviceresearch.com; or sent by fax to 402.434.5006.
Technical Issues
Are you having trouble logging in to SRC Shopper? Make sure the address is http://shopper.serviceresearch.com (there is no www in the address). When you enter information on the online evaluation form, please save your work frequently, as it may time-out after a while and your inputted information will be lost.
