Michael J. Britten, Ph.D., is the president and founder of Service Research Corporation.  He has provided consulting services in human resources management and training and development, and has developed Foresee2TM, a data-driven talent profiling and talent management system.  He has worked in the field of research for more than 25 years, with tasks ranging from sales, marketing, project management, and analyst.  He has written more than 125 customer service articles for publicized journals and coauthored Serve Us America, a book that focuses on the 13 principles of customer service. Mike has a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University, a master’s degree from Western Michigan University, and a doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Gloria J. Britten is a co-founder and the vice president of Service Research Corporation.  She has extensive knowledge of mystery shopping best practices and assists in all areas of the mystery shopping process, from program design and questionnaire development to management and quality control.   On the research side, Gloria possesses years of experience in planning and implementing research and consulting projects. Her organizational and operational skills enable SRC to successfully serve its clients.

Alanna Morse comes to SRC with more than 6 years experience in the market research arena.  She has been project manager for studies that cross all over the professional spectrum: from the car industry, to utilities, healthcare, and home builder studies.  Alanna earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and minor in Economics from California State University of Channel Islands.
